| CONFESS JESUS
Read
Romans 10:9-10
That if thout shalt confess with thy mouth the
Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that
God hath raised him from the dead, though shalt
be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and with the mouth confession is
made unto salvation.
In this verse, what am I to believe?
Believe in your heart that Jesus died on the cross
to pay for your sins, was burred, and raised from
the dead. When you truly believe this in your
heart you will want to make the decision to keep
his commandments by listening and learning to
how tells you to live rightly, what to do and
what not to do.
What am I saved from?
Saved from an eternity of living apart from God,
and saved to an eternity of having your citizenship
in heaven. When you accept Jesus Christ as your
personal savior, as you just did, your name is
written in the Book of Life, Rev 3:5 for Jesus
will confess your name before God. In contrast,
those who’s names are not written in the
Book of Life will be cast into the lake of fire
Rev 20:15
CONFESS YOUR SINS BEFORE GOD
Read Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and come short of the glory
of God.
We have all sinned. We need to
fall on our knees and ask God to forgive us for
our sins. This is called repentance.
Read I John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just
to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from
all unrighteousness.
He will forgive us. When he forgives us, we are
dead to sin and by God’s grace, he makes
us righteous and sets us apart from the rest of
the world.
Read Romans 6:1-2
Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body,
that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Now God’s grace can abound in our life
if we stop doing those things that we know are
sin.
Did you know...
that there is great joy and rejoicing in heaven
when you repent.

Luke 15:7
LEARN HIS COMMANDMENTS
Read 2 Timothy 2:15
Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman
that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing
the word of truth.
Study the bible, for therein are all the thing
you need for life. Everything God wants you to
do, and the way he wants you to behave are all
here.
KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS
Read Matthew 22:37-40
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord
thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul,
and with all thy mind. This is the first and great
commandment. And the second is like unto it. Though
shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two
commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Read John 15:12
This is my commandment, that ye love one another
as I have loved you.
Read Romans 13:8-10
... but to love one another: for he that loveth
another hath fulfilled the law.
ACCEPT GOD'S WONDERFUL GRACE
Read Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that
not of yourselves: it is the gift of God, not
of words, lest any man should boast.
We are saved by grace - it is a gift from God.
Those who believe they are going to heaven just
because they do “good works” are mistaken.
They must be saved, by grace, through Jesus Christ.
Read Acts 20:32
And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to
the word of his grace, which is able to build
you up, and to give you an inheritance among all
them which are sanctified.
Now that you are God’s, his Grace will
keep you. It will build you up to be a man/woman
of strong character. It will provide for you an
inheritance - citizenship in heaven for all eternity.
Read Ephesians 1:6-7
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein
he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom
we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness
of sins, according to the riches of his grace.
By His grace we are accepted and redeemed by
Jesus blood, and been forgiven our sins.
