Leadership Connection is a special time for the leadership and the pastors to come together in unity to reflect on what the Lord is speaking to our church. Pastor Klepp opens the meeting with a word of prayer followed by praise and worship, it's a time of refreshing. Often times words of encouragement, revelation, as well as, confirmation comes forth. Pastor will share where the Lord is leading our church and ministry leaders are able to unit with him as we move forward doing the work of the ministry.

Meetings are held once per month except for the month of December. Connection Group Leaders, Small Group Leaders, Care Ministry Leaders, School of the Bible Teachers, Children's Workers, Youth Leaders, Ushers & Greeters, Choir & Band Members and anyone else who has influence with congregants is encouraged to attend all Leadership Connection Meetings. If you are asking the question, "am I a leader?", then you probably are.
